The buy-in
The $497 buy-in grants immediate, lifetime access to digital content and is generally non-refundable once access is delivered, except where a refund is required under the Australian Consumer Law (for example, if the service is faulty or not as described). Nothing in this policy limits your rights under consumer law.
Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and stop future billing; partial months are not refunded. Your buy-in content and belt rank are kept regardless.
